I am a BACP-registered counsellor, offering an integrative approach tailored to you. While I draw from many various therapeutic models, my core modalities are, Person - Centred and Psychodynamic.​

This exploration is always led by you and approached at a pace that feels safe - nothing is forced or rushed. Understanding these deeper roots and past experiences allows for meaningful, lasting change rather than a temporary fix.​​

I bring a calm, compassionate, and steady presence to my work with adults and young people, creating a space where you can feel safe enough to explore whatever you’re facing.
I am deeply committed to creating an inclusive and empathetic space for everyone. Whether you come from diverse ethnic or socio-economic backgrounds, identify as LGBTQIA+, or come from any other background, my goal is to ensure you feel seen, heard, and respected.
